1938 Jaguar SS100 2.5 litre.

This has to be one of the most unique SS100s to come to the market in many years, having only had two family owners from new and being last on the road in 1955.  This genuine numbers matching SS100, with its original logbook and handbook clearly states that it changed hands in 2002 in a semi-restored state to the second family, who sadly never completed the work.

We have now gone through the car mechanically and sorted most of the detail work needed to bring it to life again after some 67 years.  It is now running and driving correctly and I am happy to take any genuine perspective buyer for a test drive.

The car has always remained in England, never exported like so many, and quite simply has an unbelievable history which is totally documented.

I am a true enthusiast of these cars having researched SS100s for years and owning quite a few, but can honestly say I have never had one with such low ownership.
